4. Free Trials & Subscriptions
Certain products include free trials with usage limits. After a trial period ends:
• Paid monthly subscription is required for continued access
• Payments are processed by Paddle or another approved payment provider
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
Usage after the free trial concludes requires an active subscription.

By subscribing, you authorize us and Paddle (acting as Merchant of Record) to charge your payment method for subscription fees and applicable taxes.

CopyKit provides the ability to perform deep copying operations inside Google Drive, allowing users to clone folders and all their contents instantly.
The tool is designed to simplify repetitive duplication workflows for Google Workspace users.

2. Data Access
CopyKit operates solely using Google Workspace APIs that interact with Google Drive. Specifically:
CopyKit may:
• Read folder structures and files
• Write new folder copies and their internal content
• Access the authenticated user's email for identification
• Record usage count for the free trial
CopyKit does NOT:
• Store or transmit any file contents outside Google Workspace
• Store data on external servers
• Process or retain user files outside Google Drive
The only stored user data consists of:
• User email
• Trial usage count
• Paddle customer identifier
These values are stored within Google Workspace user properties.
Paddle stores billing information externally, and we do not store or access full payment details.

3. Usage Limits
Free Trial
• Users may deep-copy up to 3 folders during the trial period.
Paid Subscription
• Users have unlimited folder copies while an active subscription is maintained.
No additional usage-based fees apply.

4. Additional Restrictions
Users may not use CopyKit to:
• Circumvent Google Workspace security or permissions
• Duplicate content they are not authorized to copy
• Perform mass automated copying in ways that violate Google's Acceptable Use Policy
Violations may result in suspension or termination.
